"I’ve been filling out info online and sending emails to the office attempting to get a new quote for a new vehicle and make changes to existing auto and homeowner policies (yes, a loyal client); however, I cannot get a returned call or email."

We provided you with a new-vehicle quote right away, but you indicated the price wasn’t what you were hoping for and that you were going to check with another company. We also reviewed our records and did not find recent unanswered emails from you; in fact, the last email on file was in July and was handled at that time. While we understand that insurance pricing can sometimes feel frustrating, the idea that we ignored your requests is simply not accurate.
